Feb 10, 2009 Rating Chavrie same as Chevre by: Sandee I was confused about the type of cheese to use. I have since learned that Chavrie cheese is a brand name of Chevre cheese. Either way, it's a goat cheese that comes in a log. Thanks again Corrinne.
