I am always on the look out for easy vegetarian recipes because I have two grown, non-meat-eating children. Last weekend we were at a friend's house and had this fantastic appetizer.
Not only is it perfect for most parties year round, but I think it would be especially wonderful for holiday events. When you see the photo I think you'll agree.
For lack of a better name, I am calling it "Goat Cheese with Dark Cherries." This is one of the best vegetarian appetizers I have had in a long time. Unusual, tasty and a beautiful presentation.
