Keep Warm Party Food Warm!

Coolers (ice chests) are not just for keeping food and drinks cold. Have you ever considered keeping foods warm in them?

One of the biggest challenges for an entertainer is trying to keep food warm until it is time to serve. Coolers can be a huge help in solving this dilemma. As dishes come off the stove or out of the oven, place them inside a dry cooler using cooling racks that you would use for baking to separate them.

Close the lid tightly and your food will stay warm for hours.
