New Orleans Sloppy Joes

  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 cans Campbell's Gumbo Soup
  • 6 T. ketchup
  • 2 T. mustard
  • 3 shakes of Tabasco sauce

Brown beef, onion and garlic. Add soup, 1 can water, ketchup, mustard and Tabasco. Simmer 45 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Adjust ketchup and mustard if desired. Serve on Kaiser rolls.

This is the perfect recipe for a crowd because it can easily be doubled. I make everything in a frying pan first, then transfer the mixture to my Rival Crock Pot and set it to warm. So easy!
