Tomato Crab Bisque
A New Twist On An Old Classic
Who doesn't love a warm bowl of soup especially when the weather is cold? Most of us are familiar with Campbell's classic tomato soup but have you ever tried any soups from their "Taste Sensations" line?
This recipe is so simple because the main ingredient is Campbell's Tomato Bisque Soup, a step above the classic we ate as kids with a grilled cheese sandwich.
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 tbs butter
- 1/4 tsp caraway seeds
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 2-11 oz. cans tomato bisque soup
- 1 can crabmeat
- 1-1/2 cups water
- 1 cup croutons
Saute onion in butter until softened.
Add caraway seeds, paprika, soup, crab and water and stir well. Ladle into bowls and top with croutons. Serves 4.
Tomato Crab Bisque is one of the easiest recipes for soup you will ever find. Most of the ingredients are on hand and can be put together in 15 minutes flat.
