Balsamic Dijon Dipping Sauce

  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste

In a small mixing bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, sugar, water, mustard, mayo and salt and pepper to taste. Cover, and chill before serving.
