When I am hosting more than 25 people, I almost always serve a punch. My favorite stand by is called "Fruited Brandy Punch" and basically it's just a bunch of fruit juices and frozen fruit thrown together in a punch bowl.

To keep it cold, I usually make an ice ring to float in it which is also very easy to make. Just fill a mold with some of the punch, add fruit and freeze.

What's nice about this recipe, and most other punch recipes, is that you can serve the alcohol on the side so that it works well for all guests. Those who want alcohol and those who do not.

People who host parties usually have at least one good recipe for punch in their repertoire. How about you?
