This Corned Beef Lentil Soup will definitely do the trick. The dill pickle adds a surprising taste to this hearty soup.
Wash and sort lentils. Place lentils in small bowl and cover with hot water. Let stand for 10 minutes; drain.
In a medium saucepan, combine lentils, beef broth and onion. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 1 hour or until lentils are tender. Stir in corned beef, tomoato and dill pickle. Simmer until throughly heated. Makes 6 servings of corned beef soup.
