Follow My Leader

Confused!
In the Follow My Leader, one person goes out the room and the others then select someone to be the leader. The leader then starts doing a simple action like tapping their foot or fiddling with their earrings and everyone else must follow suit.
The person who was sent out of the room now comes back to join them and his aim is guess who is the leader. Everyone carries on copying the action of the leader but the leader may change the action at any time and everyone must follow.
This is one of those games that is a lot of fun and a good leader can be very difficult to spot!
