Hosting a Murder Mystery at home can be alot of fun for small parties. Philip shares how he and his friends did it.
"Each person played a character (this was set up in advance so we could all dress up as the character). It took on the feel of an Agatha Christie novel. No one (except the perp) knew who did the act of murder. There was snacks (or can even be a meal involved). It was a lot of fun."
TPQ Comment: For more details on how to host a murder mystery theme event, check out How To Host A Murder Mystery games at Amazon.com.
There are several to choose from like "The Last Train From Paris" and "The Chicago Caper." Most games are for 6-8 players and include everything you need to play. Here is one example of what you will get for around $$25:
- 8 guest invitations and envelopes, layer name tags, individual player manuals and a host guide with instructions
- Sheet of secret clues with summary of findings, iagram of the crime scene and optional menu and costume suggestions
- CD with period music and details of the murder
Thank you Philip for contributing this Murder Mystery idea.
