Hummer Cocktail

• 4 ounces coffee liqueur, like Kahlua
• 4 ounces light rum
• 8 scoops vanilla ice cream

When we were in college, my boyfriend (now husband) and I used to go to a little club on Friday afternoons and order these drinks. Hummers are perfect, in my opinion.

Put ingredients into a blender and blend on low speed until well combined. Pour into highball glasses and serve. Mixture will be thick like a milkshake.

Makes 4 servings.
