So Refreshing!
My husband and I were recently at a local bar and this was the special cocktail of the day:
1 jigger spiced rum (like Captain Morgan's)
1/2 jigger Amaretto
1 jigger pineapple juice
Splash 7-up
Mix first three ingredients in a martini shaker with ice. Pour into a sugar rimmed glass and top off with 7-up. Garnish with fresh pineapple and cherries.
