Sweet Mango Salsa

Use this salsa as a dip or on tacos (chicken, pork or fish especially)
1 jar mango, diced
2 avocados, diced
1/2 red onion, diced
1 red pepper, diced
2 jalapenos (more or less) seeded, veined and minced
Dice & mix in non-metallic bowl.
2-3 limes, microwaved for 15 seconds
Salt to taste (start with 2 tsp)
Slice the limes in half and squeeze the juice and pulp over the mango mixture. Add the salt and toss. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
