Hot Apple Toddy

Hot Apple Toddy
  • 1 gallon apple juice
  • 1 (2 liter) bottle cold ginger ale
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3 (3 inch) cinnamon sticks
  • 1 pint whiskey
  • 1 pint spiced rum

In a large pot, combine the apple juice, ginger ale, brown sugar and cinnamon sticks. Bring to a simmer and cook for 20 minutes.

Remove from heat and stir in the whiskey and spiced rum. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Garnish with additional cinnamon sticks, if desired.
