Great Ideas for New Year Recipes
Choosing the right New Year recipes can be a daunting task, but it really doesn't have to be. If you have invited a small number of people, say under 12, you can easily plan a sit down meal, like Menu #1 below, that will really wow your guests.
If there are dietary restrictions that you have to worry about, you may find that planning a buffet meal is easier. In my circle of friends and family, I have diabetics, people with heart trouble, people who don't like nuts or mushrooms or artichokes...the list goes on and on. That's why I tend to go with a buffet menu, like Menu #2 below. Just add a few more New Year recipes to the menu. If you give people enough to choose from, most likely everyone will find something suitable to eat. Regardless of what kind of meal you plan, look for New Year recipes that are simple, have very few ingredients, and go well together. Choose one of the menus below or go to the Recipes Hub for more ideas.

If you are not keen on cooking everything yourself, you can always get party food from companies like Gorton's Fresh Seafood, La Cense Beef and Home Bistro.
Whether you decide to cook your own New Year recipes or if you are going to get some help from some of the companies mentioned above, remember to keep it simple, round up the troops and ask for help, and last but not least, enjoy yourself!
